Hibi was hoping someone could help me out. I have a skybox f5s, I have been trying to update the software for the first time as it keeps freezing. But when I do it come up mixmatched files. Im not sure if the box is a clone. Iv previously update the channel list with no problems. Thanks Michael

Cheers for the reply shaunfree. If it was a clone would I have been able to update the channel list of ajsat and it worked fine. And where the battery goes it has skybox moulded in the plastic. It just keeps saying missmached file when I try to update the firmware.Comment

Hi mate yes the channel list would update with no problem depending on which you are trying to load try this one AJ's Sky UK Channel List **Only** Thread - Updated Regularly
If its the firmware you are trying to update & you get file mismatch
then the update file is wrong
do you have a clone ????
there is firmware for thee original box & the clone box they are different so you cannot use both on the same box
one will work the other will say file mismatch
If you tell us clone or not we can point you in the right direction
