Can not do a sat scan?!

Hi all,


Trying to install skybox f5 downstairs got on set up upstairs. Purchased wifi adpater plugs got them ok I think. Did fresh factory reset then installed skyf5 software.

Now want to do a single sat scan however the option is not even coming up. The sat cable is correctly inserted and the internet light is green on the box?

What could be the issue

Is the "single satellite search" option greyed out?

If so, it means that there are no satellites selected in the "satellite list".

If you don't have any satellites in the satellite list, then you will need to add one.

If you have AJ's or sattv5's channel lists installed, and you only want $ly 28.2e, then not only do you not need to scan (as the channels are already provided), but it will also populate the satellite list from 2e to 25w.
