It could also be that the working F5s you have now on your network has the same MAC address as the other 2 new ones you just purchased which would suggest they are Clones sharing the same MAC.

the way to find this out is enter your Router configuration and find the page that details everything that is connected to the home network and see what the MAC addresses are

In your router settings :firewall: try turning protection to low mate.

You haven't mentioned it in your description but have you tried the box in a friends house on their internet to see if connects?. Have you tried the wifi option?, if none of these 2 work then you have a faulty box and it should be returned to and replaced by the seller you bought it off.

Not sure if these are the same boxes or not. I have an openbox with the same problem. All other boxes are fine, just 1 from a batch.
im pretty sure it's a faulty network adaptor, temperamental to say the least. Just unlucky I guess!!

Let’s get 1st thing first, connect your lappy to Ethernet cable from box and see if the lappy is connected to the internet…Let us know?

If you mean that you have just tried the same software version, then you could try dumping the firmware from the working box & installing that on one of the others.

Go to menu > tools > dump by USB. Dump mode = Image file (*.abs). Select "Start" & press OK. Press OK to select "1 FxS _Backup.abs (Image)" and "2 system setting (in image)".

Insert USB stick into one of the other boxes. When upgrading image by USB, select NO for "Keeping DBS & setting".

Who's your broadband provider and what router do you have? Are you connecting via Ethernet or wifi?
