scrambled

hi,got an openbox a couple of weeks ago,in the last few days i have to do a blind scan to get my progs,but now all is scrambled,everything seems to be ok as regards connection,wi fi etc,so what am i doing wrong,new to this so apologies for being a bit thick so far.....cheers

sorry guys just as i finished typing the channels came back up,thats about an hour or so since i turned it on,would this be normal? thanks in advance for any advice
