No signal after AJ's channel update

Hello all I need some help, I have just updated my firmware on my f5s software version 10/4/14 all working fine and even got baby TV back for my little girl, because I had so many channels that were unusable I decided to update the channel list with AJ's channel list , now all my SPorts 1-5 no signal, movies no signal , baby TV no signal, BT sport HD WORKING! I re updated the channel list but the same issue, I only have 45% signal intensity & 10 quaility on the channels I can't get, antenna setup is correct and the correct satellite is selected.
