F5S box (Help)

Morning all can anyone help me I've flashed my f5s box with the latest firmware and a up to date channel list, my Ccam is fine, you tube app working fine, but can I hell get any of my pay channels to work. All was fine last week the it all went tits up. Got a satellite engineer coming out tomorrow but if I can sort it here no doubt i'll save ????!
Any screen shots of all menu pages would help so I can check settings. I've to my dish pointing at SKY UK 28A.

Unless the "satellite engineer" is familiar with dodgy $kyboxes, then he won't be much help.

If your FTA channels are still working, then it's not a dish or LNB problem. It will be a problem with your internet, or box setup, or "the subject that we cannot discuss".
