Ethernet Port Not Working

Hi All,

I have a Skybox F5 all has worked perfectly for a long time but recently the Ethernet port seems to have stopped working. The green and red lights underneath the port aren't lighting up at all. When I disconnect the cable and plug it into the laptop the Ethernet cable and router work perfectly. All the other settings are as they were before I had this issue. Has anyone else had this issue or do you know how I can sort this out. Thanks

Have tried turning off dhcp in settings then turning back on ..

they are of cheap quality and think it must be a clone,well known issue,try a tv repair shop if they can fix it.

Try a wifi dongle
