Openbox

Hi not been here in a long time but back and you guessed it need some advise. Ordered a openbox from the ebay but one I got came without the *gift it cost more with the gift but am from Glasgow and like to save money (cheapskate). How do I get this gift as I am confused by the satellite scene I was just used to the good old cable dreambox. Thanks guys
