openbox V5S - channel scambled!

Morning all,
Hubby got his openbox yesterday - all he wants it for is to watch motogp once a fortnight (in season) It's on TODAY, but when he goes to Channel for BT Sport, it is scrambled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


ANY IDEAS / HELP would be welcomed, PLEEASEE!!

Are any of the $ channels clearing, or are they all unwatchable?

Did the box come with a gee eye eff tea?

I'm afraid that forum rules don't allow us to go into detail about how to help with $ channels.
