    EPG problem

Hi, I'm trying to sort out my EPG on my Skybox F5S but when I go into system setup I don't have a 'EPG and Time settings' option, all that is there is Language, TV System, Display Settings, Local Time Settings, Timer Settings, Parental Lock and OSD Settings, is there a way to rectify this?
I've also downloaded and put the latest (11/04/14) EPG software release onto a USB Stick, went to menu on my box, then tools, then upgrade by USB, Selected the file needed then pressed to upgrade and near the end it gives me a message something along the lines of box will revert back to factory settings then asks if I wish to go ahead, if I choose yes will I lose everything on my box and have to start all over again loading CLine and Channels etc?

Any help will be greatfully appreciated, Thanks.

In the "upgrade by USB" menu, do you get the option to "keeping settings & DBS"? If so select "yes". This should keep all your settings, including channel list & "special" info.

It's still best to keep a backup of your info on your pc anyway, just in case something goes wrong.

That's because you have old firmware.

When you have installed the 11/4/14 firmware, those options will be available.
