Is this a genuine firmware update?

I'm Having problems with sound but no picture on certain channels on my Skybox F5S and came across this site claiming that it solves that issue, however I thought I'd ask about to see if anyone has used it and did it work, also are the instructions it gives you correct as I have always selected to keep DBS settings but this is telling you to select not to keep them.

The latest firmware for genuine F3s & F5s from the skybox.cc website is attached to my posd here:-

I would use that one if I was you.

Also, if you want to keep your channel list & other important files on your box, then, as you suggest, select "yes" for "keeping DBS & settings".
