EVERY Saturday Sky sports 1 scrambles on my box!!!!! all others are fine though

Well shouldn't be according to my supplier EMX , getting bit pissed of with it he just keeps saying reboot box and router etc!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a crock

Get a new supplier or a 24/48hr trail and see if that makes any difference.

do a blind scan and see if the it picks up other frequencies.
Double check the channel lists frequency for SS1...maybe the box is constantly trying to show the HD channel.
for me 12110 H 27500 works fine

Hi mate cheers sorry i am not sure what it is i need to do.mine is on this 12110 H 27500 EMX told me nothings wrong its sly that keep changing the freq!!!
Well its just come back on funny enough but im still not happy that its scrambled more often then not at weekends no other channel inc BT HD sprt are ever effected

Cheers bud is that same freq as above??? i have no idea how to check or change it... sorry to be a noob. Its working now but used to have more then 1 sky sports 1 option before.

It happens for me as well. Look under the red button channels and there will be a sky sports 1 there. That one works all times
