sky f5 lnb

hi all flashed sky f5 but as soon put lnb lead in keep loading some times comes on for 10sec then freezing is the box broken ready for the bin any help plz

Check that there are no short circuits on the LNB cable by removing the F plug, cutting back the cable & redoing the end. Then refit the plug.

If that doesn't help, then you might have the same problem as the posters in this thread:-
