Hi everyone, I hope you are all well.
I got a an openbox f5s about 5 days ago. Its been giving me problems since day one but with the help of this site I am solving them one by one. The newest thing is occasionally when I try to power off the box from the remote the box completely freezes and I have no option but to turn everything off and on again from the wall. Obviously this is not ideal but im unsure if this is the norm or I have a bad box. Ive only had the box up and running for 3 nights and its froze 3 times.
