hi all anyone know the frequencys etc to scan for the new update on aj list which is

Sky Ryder Cup
BT Sport Extra
ITVBe

and the new movie channel

Yes I can just do a usb update but I have had bad experiences with bricked boxes after updating even after testing different boxes different usbs re downloading file etc..
would rather just do manually and sort out that way

Ryder cup is just $lySports4 renamed. It will revert back to SS4 next Thursday, so not worth changing.

BT Sports Extra is on 12515 H
