openbox v5s audio goes for a second every 10 seconds on most movie channels

Ive got openbox v5s and when watching most sly movie channels, audio goes for a second every now and again say every 10-15 seconds but video and picture doesn't no freezes just audio goes and comes back for like a second which makes it not too enjoyable. Anyone experiencing same problem on any channel? Any suggestions of what it could be? Pls help

This is normally caused by Timeshift being set to "ON" in menu > multimedia > PVR.
