stutteriing f6 box

Hi all just got the box used Aj channels list sweet but getting stuttering driving me nuts . Any tips not the best tech wise all help would be helpful

If the FTA channels appear to be OK! the likes of BBC1, ITV, CH4 etc.. then which channels appear to be affected

Hi most channels stutter outwith BBc /ITV etc either its the box i bought or my internet the dish was just put up or could it be the server i took which works fine on my pals 500yrds away . Big ty for replying mate
