ND not going green

I have 2 openbox v5s, 1 is working fine but on the other 1 the ND symbol does not turn green on some channels and they do not load

is this an internet problem? Or could someone please advise

Could be the internet....is it wireless /hard wired ??........swap the boxes over to see if the 2nd thats not working works on the feed that is working
If it does then its the part we cannot help with

As this site does not permit the discussion of unscrambling there is nothing more to be said. Personally I would swap boxes and see if the symptoms move with the box
