Remote Control Batteries F5 Box

Hi All

Can anybody advise please.

The box is working fine, but all of a sudden the remote will stopped working "cant change channel, place in standby etc"

in no particular order

1. If I reboot the box all seems to work!

2, I have tried replacing the batteries in the remote with new ones and borrowed from the TV remote.
But the remote is then dead no light response from the remote. "Strange" put the old batteries back in and the remote has a light reponse again

3, Is it the remote on the way out or the box playing up?

4, Also getting USB slow response sometimes popping up on the screen.

5, So if i reboot the box all seems to work.

Try to reflash the box and get it back to factory setting then update with latest firmware and channel list and see if helps!

Moved the box & it seems to behaving at the minute.
It was on top of my Media Centre. Wondering if it was becoming too hot.

Think ive figured it out.
I think its my USB 32 GB stick is playing up.

Stops flashing, box becomes unresponsive,

going to reformat the stick and see how it goes !
