F5s ITV HD rebooting box.... help please

hi... my F5s box has just started constantly rebooting but only on the ITV HD channel, all the other channels are fine, even the ITV sd channel is fine.. i dont want to mess about with firmware updates as i am not to hot with things like that and dont want to mess up my settings..any other ideas apart from new firmware? i have treid the october AJ channel list and still same.. thanks

Similar problem here, but with mine its just any BBC channel, Cbeebies BBC 1 2 etc. Everything up to date, had the box about 18 months at a guess and never had problems with it till now. When it does reset, I have to quickly change the channel or it just goes through rebooting again.

yeah i know what you mean bout quickly changing the channel, mine so far is just all the diff region ITV HD channels, it started just rebooting every hour or so and now it justs a constant reboot.. just waiting to see if anyone on here has a simple fix, not looking to good so far!

quick update.. its now started to reset on the BBC HD channels :-( can anyone shed light on this problem, thanks

You need to reload the (05/08/14 fimware) on it again. Mine did this,but its now sorted out. You need to update channels when you have done this

thanks sexysam.. will give it a go when i get the null cable, my box has now froze and is stuck on 0096..

I've got the latest firmware from the site, 2014/08/20 SKYBOX F3S F5S 140410

is that the one you are meaning? I have tried reloading this firmware but still have the same problem.

Why are you using null cable,just use USB stick and update software

I'm getting the same issue but I've got a skybox f5. Only freezing or rebooting on BBC or ITV channels. All others are fine

Mine is every channel now, completely unusable.
