    Skybox Fs5 and Talktalk

    Hi,
I recently updated to Talktalk fibre (2 weeks ago) and since then my gift channels have stopped working (scrambled). I have a friend who has the same box from the same person and I have tried my box on his fibre broadband and it works fine, so I know its not the gift.
I am thinking it has something to do with my new router but unsure of what to do next.
    Any help much appreciated

I've just got the new Talktalk super router and I'm now having the same problems so wondering if there's a setting that needs to be changed

i got the openbox v8s a couple of days ago the same day my talktalk got upgraded to fibre with the super router, all is currently working well so maybe its the model of box that doesnt like talktalk fibre
i dont see why it should make a difference but it may do
