Search on transponder doesn't return the channels it should

Hi guys,

So i noticed i had some missing channel for example sky germany, sky sport 6 HD, googled transponder details and went to do a manual search using the transponder, search results never include this channel, never found, I think i may have a couple more...

I know i can probably add channel using an editor... but was wonder if

1) is there a manual way in which I can add a channel and setting all details (transpoder, PID, VID etc) (using Skybox F5s)
2) Why would a search not return all channels ?

Signal quality is round 75~80

How many channels currently do you have stored on the F5s as it has a memory capacity of only 5000 channels which includes Data and Radio

ss6hd is only a part time channel used when a full list of games are being shown,regards mdt

I have around 2400 channels
