Openbox F5 help

Hi Guys,

I have an open box F5 which the usb port went faulty on while updating a channel lost, box went blank, but got it back with the repair loader & files via serial port.

Just wondering if there are tools/prog to load one of the channel lists from here thro the serial port?

There is a Lan tool available from here:

I use this tool all the time to update my channel list or firmware on my F5S without any problem but beware of updating/dumping any other specific files as some people, including myself, have nearly bricked their box rendering it useless. You will need to change the ip setting displayed on the tool to match the ip setting of your box. This handy little tool saves having to use a usb stick and is quite simple to use when you get accustomed to it.

Yes, you certainly can.
