skybox f5s scramble

Hi guys got a f5s and the problem is some of the channels are not coming on ie scrambling. The same line on another f5s in the same house and all the channels work but the with the problem box no ss1 2 3 and some others so it is definitely the box. Has anyone came across this problem before and fixed it. The software is the same on both boxes and channel list so what could be stopping the channel from coming on. Thanks in advance.

Does that mean you took the first F5s out and replaced it with another F5s which is working ok or is
the box in another room of the same house but on a different feed.

Yes I replaced the first f5s with another f5s and the problem was fixed so it is something to do with the box.What I did notice is if you press info you will see letters at the bottom of the tv with the nd in green on a working channel but in brown on the channels not working. Don't no what the nd stands for,i guess something to do with the net. Can anyone shine some light on the subject please.
