sports 5 issues

hi all alls fine all works but no sports 5 any reason for this ?

Working fine here.Do a satellite scan and look for it in All or Sky UK and not in favs

was the first thing i did dont show there either thats an accurtate scan too

Try the blind scan.

Are you both saying that it doesn't appear at all in your channel list when you scan, or that it does appear in your list, but you cannot view it?

If it doesn't appear at all, do you still receive the other channels on 12285 V?

i have done a scan on my 500s it finds 3 ssp5 channels but just no picture, I have tried a scan on 12285 V but it found no channels on this transponder

got it now king of sat, I have looked and I seem not to have ssp5 on that transponder can I enter it manually ? or is there another way of doing it automatically?

Dont understand why you get no channels when you scan 12285V.

So are you also missing the other channels on that transponder ($ly1, $ly arts1, $ly atlantic, British Eurosport etc.)?

To get SS5 back you could try scanning 11914H & 12207V, as it's on those TP's as well.
