Newby my F5s

Hi guys
My F5s box will not update using usb stick when i put usb in Skybox port it does recognize it on Tools upgrade by USB any ideas

Ensure all files are placed on the root of USB drive not in a folder, if you've downloaded off the forum ensure the files are unzipped or unrared ie only files with .abs .dbs .m2v or .c*g extension are used. Some say formatting the USB drive to fat32 works best.

If that's no good then try another USB drive.

i have tried a few usb drives, i think usb port is corrupted,has anyone else had this problem.
