    Newbie questions

Hi all new to this openbox/skybox idea but have lots of experience with raspberry pi, android boxes, Kodi, Mashup etc for viewing TV and online content. I have a few newbie questions so please be patient with me if they seem obvious answers .

    1. What is the best/latest box to use Openbox V5S/FSS seems to be popular?
    2. Any good sources to buy one, loads on ebay for example.
    3. Do you have to connect satellite or can you watch the channels via ethernet?
    4. Where is the best place to get the cccam files? AJ seems to have it sorted.

Thanks in advance for any replies, hope to learn this quickly and perhaps give something back if I can.

    1. All openbox/$kybox/libertiew are cheap & nasty Chinese trash if you can spend a bit more then get a vu+ box or a ibox2+
    2. Ebays OK but check feedback as some sell clones which isn't a bad thing but can cause problems later on.
    3. You have to connect both.
    4. Unfortunately it's against forum rules to discuss acquiring those files also AJ makes a channel
list which is a different thing.

A E2 (Enigma2) receivers to are best but be aware lots of clones about, nothing wrong with clones apart from use of some official images may mean that you brick your box so thing to remember if you get clone is use clone safe images.

Advantage of E2 for you would be use of iptv and xbmc, plex and tsmedia plugins being available.
