openbox 10414 latest firmware fails to open
checked every thing no joy can you tell me is their a new one

OK, are you saying that the new firmware 10414 fails to open scrambled channels, if this is what your saying then there's nothing wrong with your box or the firmware, as this isn't what the firmware was designed to do.

If however, your difficulty is installing the firmware then ensure the file is unzip or unrar to it basic .abs file and placed on the root of your USB drive

Mismatch, sounds like you have a clone openbox. You could try the firmware on one of these sites, which are for clone boxes. But my advice, especially with a clone box, is if it works don't mess with the firmware.
