    openbox V8s Problem HELP!

Well, I've got the box but for some reason Astra 28.2 is not on the satellite list list.
When I try yo load Channels I get frozen so have to unplug and start again.
The program list i.e. KIDS, FTA, DOCS, NEW, etc is no longer there .
and I would like some one to PM a cccam.fig file, if its not against the rules.
So any help would be wonderful as i got it for the kids for over Christmas, and now not even FTA.

    Dont know what to do

    Help Please

    thanks for looking

As with your other post, either install aj's or cwaite's channel list, both are as good as each other and can be found in the red sticky section.

As to the file you requested, you need to buy these but unfortunately it's against forum rules to discuss anymore.

Thanks for that Martin035, am I right in thinking this the G**T I have seen on sites elsewhere?
Regarding the Astra 28 its not listed. I have tried to re-install it but I need longitude and other numbers which I can't seem to find.
Any help on this would be appreciated

      thanks again

Moved on from the openboxes/skyboxes but pretty sure you go in to the installation menu then add satellite name it say Astra put the frequency has 28.2 e save it and do a single satellite scan thats about it or just follow the advice already given and install one of the channel list on the forum AJ's or cwaite/sattv5 gives 28.2e in ordered favourites and saves time.

ps if you keep on talking about a restricted subject the thread will be closed and you could end up being banned.

If you install either AJ or sattv5 lists, they will not only provide you with an ordered channel list, but include a comprehensive list of satellites, including 28.2e.

If you still want to add your own satellite, go to menu > installation > satellite list. Press green (add). Enter the name you want to call it. Enter Longitude = 028.2E. Select LNB freq = Universal(9750-10600). DiSEqC1.0 & 1.1 = disable. Polarity = H/V. Motor type = OFF.
