Random channels missing

I've being having this problem since I was living in my old apartment. For some strange reason sky sports news, lfc tv, at the races, racing uk, comedy central and quite a few plus 1 channels will not work. They keep saying "scrambled" now the box is up to date with the latest channel list i've done loads of satellite scans and i have factory reset the box but to no avail. Its nothing got to do with my satellite dish as I've recently moved house and got my sky satellite realigned.

Basically you have answered your own question
everything is working perfect on the box & up to date

leaves one answer where you get the channels from
i would guess this would be your problem

Its not a problem with my provider as my brother is with the same provider and has all the channels.

helps if you let us know what box it is & does your brother have the same box ??

If so take your box rounds his & plug it in see if the channels come back
you could also try a ping test & post the results http://www.speedtest.net/

If you have the latest channel list
the latest firmware (which do you have)
had the dish setup correctly
internet working as it should

This leaves one possible answer (the part we cannot talk about) which is why your getting the message Scrambled on certain channels & not them all

Ive got a skybox f5s. I took the box around to his and still had the same problem.

Regarding the last bit which we cannot talk about. Could u maybe pm me about that please.
