Playing a BluRay file on a Skybox F3

    Hello All

    After some advice.

I have downloaded a bluray film and put the file on a harddrive that ive plugged into my Skybox F3.

When i go to the media player and select the file the picture starts but says that the audio is not supported.

Any ideas how to get the sound on????

    Thanks

when you say Blu-Ray do you mean an actual unaltered full Disc which on average range in size from around 24GB to around 50GB or is it a Blu-Ray 1080p MKV rip at a more modest 7-15gb size on average.

Either way whether its a full disc size rip or a re-encode MKV file most are done with either DTS-HD audio or standard DTS audio which is not supported on the Skybox range of receivers
