Sounds like either a sh!tte internet connection or an overloaded sh!tte provider.

Can't really help more as this subject is against forum rules.

AFAIK 04/07/13 was the very first firmware update, so your firmware is way out of date.

Your LNB freq should be set to Universal (9750-10600).

          hello
do I change the firmware, without fear of disrupting all? Is there there a hazard?
          thank you

If your firmware gives you the option in the "upgraded by USB" menu to "keeping DBS & settings", then it should keep all your important data intact. I don't know if the earlier versions of F5s firmware had this option.

Either way, you should use the "dump by USB/dump mode = misc files" option to save your important data if you don't already have it saved.

I had some information, I was told that it came from my connection.
              I had Freeplug(freebox).
So I put an erthernet cable between the box to the floor and my skybox.
results, it jumps less but that is not the top.
              what do you recommend?
              thank you
