F3S Box scrambled channels

Hi,
My F3 box as recently scrambled all channels except BBC, ITV etc
Is anyone else having this problem? Can anyone advised how I can fix this?
I have tried uploading the latest channel list and this didn't work

Nope, my channels working OK, sounds like something has expired, unfortunately this 'something' is against forum rules to discuss.
