1st time setup Skybox F5

Just received a new unit. However, nothing shows up on my TV set...not even the skybox logo. The unit turns on, it goes to 100, and then just goes to NoCh...
I know what it means, and with the remote, I press menu but nothing happens. However, I can turn off and on the unit with the remote.
Anyone with this problem and with recommendation?

Connect your box to the TV using composite or scart leads instead of HDMI & see if you get a picture.

If you do, then go to the video resolution settings in the F5 & try to find one that works with HDMI.
