SKYBOX F3 - No Picture On New Sony Bravia KDL50W829

Hiya Guys

I would really really appreciate some help here if possible so thanks in advance if you guys can Help!

So ive been out and Bought a nice 50" LCD 3D Tv all singing and dancing Tv for my skybox F3

But for the life of me it wont play through my TV. Ive got the thing hooked correct i know this much as i can play my vmedia box through without the same issues
so what is the problem??

My Model Of TV is Sony KDL50W829 and there is some obvious pass through signal problem if thats the correct description not being a tech guru.


Can somebody please help me out with this one as it really should be simple and maybe it still is?

I would have thought that a brand new TV would be able to cope with the different video formats that the F3 puts out.

Just in case it can't, have you tried connecting the F3 to the TV using the composite leads or scart connection?

You might then be able to go into the video resolution settings in the F3 to find one that works with your TV via the HDMI.

Do you have the F3 box & the Media box HDMI leads plug in at the same time ??

Thanks for your help and replys its all sorted itself out now cheers i had to wait for 5 mins before and the hdmi connected from my onkyo to my tv!

I left it on the blue screen searching for a solution and then bam1 the pic came on haha1
