Mine working fine, both SD and HD.

All sd channels are still clearing, it appears your magic may have ran out. Seems to be a bit of a common issue with these boxes but with so many people buying from ebay with the promise of 12/24 months magic, I'm afraid it's the chance you take!

It isnt the "magic" as it is renewed quarterly and not due for renewal yet. Also, the box was not bought from eBay it was direct from the provider!
Actuall, My father in law also has the same problem and he uses the same provider so sounds like there might be an issue with them.

Maybe pulled the plug on us without notifying

rarely get issues with mine, only once has it been of for a short period. Even then got an email saying what was going on, and was even compensated

perhaps my post may have come across misinterpreted, I'm sure if you check the posts mainly in this section there has been an ever increasing number of members who have bought from eBay and been fleeced. Now as a number of members seem to have lost their viewing at the same time, I think you may be correct in your provider.
My main point in adding to this post was that sd channels are still clearing, we wouldn't want to cause widespread panic!
