$ Scrambled Channels But my connection is fine?

Hi,

My channels keep scrambling...

Rebooted my skybox f5s/libertview
Restarted my router
updated new december firmware
updated new channel list
Internet is working on youtube app
ethernet is working
dchp is on
I'm using mgcamd updated on usb file

But $ channels all scrambled

Iv contacted my supplier through email just now and then I switched my broadband on and off 3 times and changed the ethernet to different slot and it worked fine?

Is it my router or supplier going online to offline?
