have skyboxF4 cannot connect to internet any suggestions

Try DHCP On/Off switch
Menu >Network Setup >Network Setup and turn DHCP ON/OFF >Apply.

have tried this ,tried system on another internet provider all worked ok,have had internet provider in to try and sort problem no luck,is it possable that firmware /software needs updating

I take it another internet provider is you mates house's internet? if this is correct and it works there but not on your house's internet then it's not a problem with the box but a problem between the box and the internet, therefore I doubt a firmware/software update will help, but if you wish you could update it anyway if needed, here's a link to the firmware/software page;

1. Wifi to router
2. LAN cable direct to router
3. LAN cable via Homeplugs
