no signal on my open box v8s

Hi people can anyone help me I'm getting no signal on my open box v8s does it have anything to do with when I go into installation antenna it says longitude 000.00e
And local latitude is 00.00n, and also would it have anything to do with when I go into antenna setup what should my transponder be saying as I've had no channels at all alday thank you guys

nsb, have you tried installing a channel list, it will do all the hard work for you.

Hi what satellite are you on as you may be on one satellite and looking at a different one in your menu. Do you have a motor as the figures you quoted are for USALS setup although they appear to be totally incorrect in my opinion it could be your dish has moved and is out of alignment or it could be a problem with LNB/cables.
