    Please help

    Hi

    I bought a openbox v5s/f5s about 2 weeks ago, working fine now all of sudden all the channels are scrambled. tried contacting the seller but no bloody answer. I'm guessing he's took my money and disappeared.
    could anyone be kind enough and help me out?
    its connected to the sky dish and has a broadband ethernet connection

    just tried updating the channel list still nothing though

      Switch the box off & unplug it
      reboot your internet switch the box back on see if the channels clear

      sorry i could not help more i have never had one

      if still dead then you are right about the runner part

      P.s a read of the rules wouldn't go a miss just to check what you can ask & what not

        yeah I've tried that still no different. I understand what you can and can't ask but how do you get want you want without asking?
