    How do you change the time on F5s box

    Hi guys,the time on my box is 5 minutes ahead of actual time,how do I set it

    most time settings are from sat and winter/summer try powering off at rear then on.

      That's unusual.

      Most of us suffer with slow clocks on the F5s.

            set gmt usage to off and set the time/date manually

              You don't have those options on an F5s.

                hang on for an hour and the time will correct itself,but after two hours it will be five minutes slow

                  got my f5s today and loaded libertview firmware instead of the skyview,got the old time/date settings back

                        I got it from the libertview website along with the legit rs232 loader for that receiver.
                        Ali loader v2.10 which is the latest didn't have the proper eromclient.abs file even tho it has an assortment of files to cover the various processors out there.
                        BTW the rs232 loader saves 8meg worth of flash even tho the firmware is only 4meg size.

                          old f5s firmware had that feature, but it must have been lost when they went to the epg choices menu.
