audio speech

hi all
i have updated my openbox f5s channel list and firmware from AJ'S
all working fine
just when watching some channels i get audio speech 'explaining what person is doing on the program'

its getting annoying ,
anyone else have this pronlem i have i click on a button on remote i dont know about ?

It used to happen on mine every so often, have no idea why. Just press the audio button on the remote and select the other option when it does happen.
