V8s Freezes when connected to lnb

Hi all
I have two v8s and both, after installing ch list freeze when connected to lnb.
If you disconnect lnb, menu works fine, but once lnb connects everything froze, menu and all.
I have to disconnect cable and reboot box to get to menu.
I have tried a couple of different firmware, and tried loading via usb and flashing.
Tried older ch list, tried changing lnb settings etc.
Any ideas?

did u send channel list from computer or did u upgrade by usb?
there seems to be an error when sending files from computer to box as i have had a few that has frozen and had to return.

I updated channels via usb and cfg via lan tool, that's when it froze.

Ok got it sorted
with lnb cable disconnected and lan connected.
I reflashed several times, using several firmware to no avail.
I then got info advising the following.
Using lan tool and putting box in standby, standby is important. I log into box, and replace image file with image I backed up a while ago, the box reboots, so you have to put it into standby again.
I then replaced, via lan tool, all the other files with blank files cfg etc.
Reboot box, its working again, both boxes.
I had come across this with f5s b4 but binned them.
I should of kept them.

Will try this out, had to return about 3 boxes due to the above issues. Will feedback if this works, also will try flashing box firmware and channel list by USB see how that works.
