Hi there I have SkyboxF5s i Don;t know which is the renewal date. any body tell me how to know renewal date please

There is no way of working out this date from your f5s box, there's only 3 other ways;
1. Your voodoo goes offline, ie time expired.
2. You ask your provider.
3. The date you bought the voodoo plus the length it was valid for will tell you when it expires. ie 12 months later.
