no signal invalid program search again openbox v5

hi all not used my openbox v5 for months , and as I have changed from sky to virgin media I connected the openbox to the sky dish sat cable.

I have snr on right hand bottom of openbox (I assume this is signal strength) on some channels I get no signal snr about 5% other channel might give 70% signal but on screen message says invalid program search again

my list is old aj one from about December, but am baffled why I am getting the invalid program message.


some channels have good signal but show the scrambled icon (which I expect due to some older posts)

do I need to update something.

possible something as simple as channel movement as when things move your left with non working ones.
