my skybox say its c----- is online but did work un scrambled
any help

Try the usual;
1. Reboot Sat box and router
2. See if utube or up**n works
3. Contract provider

done that youtube does not play but load up when searched

anything else or new software the one i got is 26/03/13

Your firmware does look out of date, check your box version against these downloads available on this website;

I doubt this will solve your problem, perhaps try option 3 above as it might not be a problem with your box, can`t say much more due to the forum rules.
