Sky box F5S reboot Help!!!!

Hi

I am doing the reboot as described in the reboot Thread and got to the bit that says "Sychronising STB's please reset Target"
does this mean the reboot is working and just wait or do i need to go through the process again
If i have to wait how long does it normally take to complete?

your help is greatly appreciated

when it says reset target power off and power on again

You should have the box turned off to start with. When you run the upgrade program it will say "Sychronising STB please reset Target". You then plug the power cord into the F5s (or switch the power adapter on at the mains). The word "Done" should then appear & after a few seconds you should see a progress bar.
