Info problem

I have a skybox v5 but the info now & next is not working,anybody have ideas how to get this bck on again? Thanks

What's displayed when you press the 'EPG' button, are you getting the 'now and next matrix' ie showing channels but with no programme info displayed?

One thing you could check is to see if the settings are correct;

On the remote, Menu - System Setup - Epg and Time settings. then ensure 'EPG Default Setting' is set to 'Satellite' the press 'exit' (you could try cycling the setting to 'xtml' then exiting, then reset back to 'Satellite' to try and reset the EPG)
