    channels keep scrambling ,bt sport etc

    hi folks once again looking fo rhelp on my openbox f5s watching bt sport the other night and i was keep getting scrambled message every 5 mins are so do i need to re scan channel ?? ,thanks for any help much app

              I use Virmin bb and all running very well, just curious as to why this provider was named!
