No Signal on some channels openbox V5S

Hi all, i've seen this issue before where some channels have no signal, which could be resolved with a wire or what not from ebay etc. However a friend of mine is having the same issue and has tried all the wires available but none of them make a difference. He is living in a block of flats and running off a shared dish, just wondering if anybody has any ideas ? Thanks in advance.

Hi. It could be a number of things like dish has moved or channels changed frequencies etc. Do other people in the flats have same problem and what channels are we talking about. It could be a question of just having to re-tune frequencies to get channels back. regards.
